Subscription Terms

These subscription terms set out the conditions for the SellBox subscription service, drafted with regard to applicable consumer protection and distance-contract principles (including Turkish Law No. 6502 and comparable consumer protection frameworks for users outside Türkiye).

1. Parties to the Agreement

Customer: any natural or legal person who agrees to subscribe to the SellBox service by completing the demo request form or activating a subscription.

2. Description of the Service

SellBox is a web-based AI price management and sales analysis platform for marketplace sellers, with Trendyol sellers as our primary focus. The service is accessed over the internet.

3. Subscription Model and Fees

14-day free trial (no commitment, no credit card required)
Paid subscription prices are shown at https://sellbox.ai/pricing
Automatic monthly payment methods: credit card, bank transfer

4. Formation and Effect of the Agreement

The agreement is formed once the demo request form is completed and submitted. After the free trial period ends, the paid subscription continues automatically (unless cancelled).

5. Payment Terms

The paid subscription begins on the date of the first billed charge
Invoices are issued on the same day each month (monthly subscription)
If a payment fails, the account may be suspended
Prices are tax-inclusive; applicable VAT and other taxes are added to the invoice

6. Cancellation and Account Closure

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Access continues until the end of the month in which you cancel
No invoice is issued for subsequent months

7. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consistent with applicable consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the paid subscription. Within this period, you may cancel your subscription without giving a reason and receive a refund of the amount paid. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected].

8. Service Delivery and Technical Requirements

The service is intended to be available 24/7, though interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues
Interruption of connectivity to the Trendyol API is outside SellBox's responsibility
The User is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date browser and internet connection

9. User Obligations

You must keep your Trendyol API key confidential
You may only use the service for your own store(s)
You may not use the service for unlawful activities

10. Limitations of Liability

SellBox does not guarantee the accuracy of AI recommendations, the availability of the Trendyol API, or the correct application of your customer preferences. Use of the service is entirely at your own responsibility.

11. Refund Policy

Other than the 14-day right of withdrawal, no refunds are issued. See our Refund Policy for full details.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are intended to be resolved amicably. Failing that, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
