Subscription Terms

These subscription terms set out the conditions for the SellBox subscription service, drafted with regard to applicable consumer protection and distance-contract principles (including Turkish Law No. 6502 and comparable consumer protection frameworks for users outside Türkiye).

Customer: any natural or legal person who agrees to subscribe to the SellBox service by completing the demo request form or activating a subscription.

2. Description of the Service

SellBox is a web-based AI price management and sales analysis platform for marketplace sellers, with Trendyol sellers as our primary focus. The service is accessed over the internet.

4. Formation and Effect of the Agreement

The agreement is formed once the demo request form is completed and submitted. After the free trial period ends, the paid subscription continues automatically (unless cancelled).

7. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consistent with applicable consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the paid subscription. Within this period, you may cancel your subscription without giving a reason and receive a refund of the amount paid. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected].

SellBox does not guarantee the accuracy of AI recommendations, the availability of the Trendyol API, or the correct application of your customer preferences. Use of the service is entirely at your own responsibility.

Other than the 14-day right of withdrawal, no refunds are issued. See our Refund Policy for full details.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are intended to be resolved amicably. Failing that, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
